Member Registration Instructions

Follow these steps to register.
  1. Click on the "Registration Form" button and complete the form.
  2. ​Print off the appropriate financial forms (Invoice or Quote) for your treasurer or bookkeeper.
  3. District fees are $15. They increase to $50 if postmarked after 10/15/24.
  4. Payments MUST be a school or band booster check. 
    Personal checks will NOT be accepted.
  5. Send your payments to Mike Howell at Oak Grove High School.
